Project Overview

Purpose of the Study:

These systems were created to make student life easier by improving how campus events are joined, exams are reviewed, and CWTS equipment is managed.

Target Users:

Students
Student organizations
CWTS coordinators

Problem Statement:

Current processes are manual or scattered across different platforms, causing confusion, delays, and difficulty tracking participation, exam prep, and equipment usage.

Solution:

The three web-based systems provide:

PUPUKAW – centralized platform for joining and booking events

Mock Quiz System – online practice quizzes with instant feedback

CWTS Logbook & Inventory – digital tracking of equipment usage and availability

These solutions make campus activities, exam preparation, and resource management faster, easier, and more organized.

Tools and Requirements:

The proposed systems will be developed using the following tools:

C++ Programming Language for system development

Code::Blocks, Dev-C++, or Visual Studio as the Integrated Development Environment (IDE)

Conclusion

The three proposed systems aim to solve common problems experienced by students and organizations in Polytechnic University of the Philippines Taguig. By using web-based solutions, these projects can make school processes more organized, efficient, and easy to use.

In the end, these systems are expected to improve student participation, support academic performance, and ensure better management of school resources. They also show how technology can be used to create practical solutions for everyday challenges in the university.
